...and we're back!!!
Well, the long overdue website overhaul and update is finally complete!!! Can you feel my joy!! Much thanks goes out to Jamie at Poly Studio for his extreme patience and sublime skills as a designer. Also, I'd like to give thanks to all the couples and families that have entrusted me with their most important and cherished memories, none of this would be possible without you and your trust in my skills. Check out some of the sweetest things my amazing clients had to say about working with me here.
I have sooooo many wonderful weddings to show you, but you can start by checking out some of the featured weddings in my portfolio section that I haven't had a chance to show you yet.
Ebony and Daniel's wedding was something special indeed! They searched and searched for just the perfect venue for their intimate wedding in Quebec, until they stumbled upon an old Girls Scouts meeting place in the woods, near a small lake in the Eastern Townships! None of us could really believe our eyes when we saw the little circle of moss-covered benches in the middle of the forest! This was followed by a meal, prepared by one of their many talented friends, at the cutest pink house that they rented for the celebrations and their guest to stay the night. We also spent a good amount of time just driving around and exploring the roadside nature for their portraits. I am so happy to have been a witness to this special and intimate wedding! This wedding was also featured on The Wedding Co blog, as well as the film I shot that day.
And then we have Katie and Adam! What can I even say about these two. Katie did so much of the decor on her own or with the help of her friends and bridesmaids, I couldn't believe the amount of detail and attention that she devoted to every little aspect of the day. To say that everything came together beautifully is an understatement! The wedding was held at The Trillim Resort and Spa in Muskoka, which provided a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and all our portraits. Not to mention Katie and Adam are some of the sweetest people I ever met!
Their wedding was featured on The WeddingBells blog, as well as published in the Fall/Winter 2012 issue of WeddingBells magazine.
And finally you have to check out Vasanti and Rob's colourful wedding day! They got married in the winter, but the vibrant colours and fresh flowers all the way from India sure banished any winter blues! Vasanti and Rob are also lovers of diverse music, so they had three different live performers, as well as a DJ to close the night. The dhol drummers really got the party started right after dinner, the whole place was on their feet. I had so much fun at their wedding, not to mention what a treat it is to have Indian food served at the reception!
