No matter your wedding venue—Toronto, the GTA, or beyond—or your season, the magic of your wedding day is treasured for always.

nadia + brian // a date with destiny

If you ever questioned destiny and fate, after hearing about Nadia and Brian you will wonder no more.  These two grew up together since birth, which means they have known each other for around 30 years!!  I don't think I have known anyone for that long, not including my family of course.  Their families shared the same beach at their neighboring cottages and they spent every summer together.  Pretty amazing, I know!!!

But if that's not enough, their story only gets stronger and stronger.  Nadia got in touch with me way back in 2011 for their wedding that would have been in October of 2012.  I was so excited to work with them from the get-go!!  We shared the same love for film and spontaneous moments!

Then in March of 2012 Brian got diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma cancer and had to undergo surgeries and radiation treatments, which put the whole wedding on hold.  Nadia was there every step of the way, and they went through this together, as they have everything in life.  Their devotion and love is something so special, and made me feel so honoured to have been there on June 8, 2013 to finally document their wedding day.  The thing that I remember the most is how happy they were the whole day.  This was a day I will never forget!

This is the story of Nadia and Brian who were meant to be together from the day they were born.
